I just ran my second half marathon last week. One thing I learned was that of your dying from running, you’re probably going too fast and should just slow down.
My PT told me that the best exercise is the one that you can do consistently

There is a visa you can get in the uk which I’m considering for bs/ms holders within the past 5 years from specific schools that I’m seriously considering. The problem is it’s only for 2 years (3 with a phd)

The 5 boroughs is roughly 8 million people. If you live in jersey city, you shouldn’t be counted as part of nyc population

Got it. The rule in Manhattan is just be assertive. Everyone is suffering driving, and everyone knows it. If you’re assertive people will let you in, if you’re not people are going to blow past you.
This has, however, gotten much easier with congestion pricing
