Yes it should scale based on # of bathrooms! I think a 1 bathroom place pays the same fee as a 2 bathroom. And a 3 bath pays the same as a 4.

The summer and winter are both beautiful times for very different reasons! Yes winter is cold but it’s also beautiful and is really a wonderful way to see Yellowknife with the aurora and warm food indoors. Plus in March there is a winter festival and a snow castle on the frozen lake. Ice fishing and dog sledding. While in summer you have massive pristine wild lakes with massive fish, amazing hiking and summer festivals. Come whenever!
