Americans are cowards. They’re more worried about losing their shitty jobs that they hate than they are about losing their country (and with it, their shitty jobs anyway). What’s confusing?
The idea that Americans might have to do something to fix their country? Unthinkable, clearly a joke. Good luck.

Which American are you?
“We can’t fight back because then the Nazis will take the opportunity to punish us harder”
“it’s not as EASY as you seem to think”
“Yeah, well what have YOU done??”
“Did you not see the VERY effective and not-at-all-a-huge-joke No Kings protests?”
“Keyboard warrior!”
“I can’t have principles, I might lose the shitty job I hate!”
“I believe that every historical revolutionary to whom I owe my prosperity was a Disney character with no family or livelihood at stake and who never really had to risk anything because in my child-brain their victory was guaranteed.”****

A half dozen people in every neighborhood ready to roll on ICE as soon as they show up would force a new conversation pretty fucking quick.

Compromising before ever throwing a punch? Advocating a move to the center? Giving up on your ideals for what someone has told you is more palatable to the worst voters in your country?
People like you are the reason everyone hates democrats.

The journey started in like 1981 and Americans have fucked it up at every turn. This is a chance for you to regain some of your lost ground before you actually start fighting back.

If Americans could tell the difference between a million and a billion you’d all be really upset.
Fucking morons hear “billionaires” and think it means “Steve from church who has a boat and a vacation home in Montana.”

“Our impotence to do anything about it,” say the people who have tried literally nothing

Anyone who thinks there is a non-violent way out of this… honestly at this point I think is a bigger idiot than MAGA.

Yeah, you guys should just wait around rather than provoke him. I’m sure common sense will intervene and he totally won’t keep escalating things the way he has continually been. Best to save any direct action until it’s DEFINITELY too late.
Fucking clowns.

Counterpoint- cut off these garbage people completely. At the VERY least.

How every Neo-Nazi should be handled.

100%. Just look at the MAGA-level ad hominem attacks and defensive belligerence coming off US shitlibs when anyone suggests they take literally any action that isn’t a Saturday parade scheduled weeks in advance on social media. Absolute fucking cowardice from way-too-comfortable white garbage.

Absolutely a demoralization tactic.
And it’s working- Americans have already given up on doing a single damn thing

Downvoted by shitty cowards.

Slaves who are armed to the teeth and hugely outnumber their owners? Who have spent a couple centuries culturally and historically defining themselves as courageous defenders of freedom? Yeah.

Americans are fine with it.
If not, they’d do something about it.

This is the laziest fucking canned response.

No idea how you read “it can’t happen here” from my comment. It absolutely can, and it IS, and it’s because we were called anti-American and told “worry about your own country” for 30-40 years when we pointed out, rightly, that this was the path the US was on.

Further insulating Americans from the effects of their inaction is not by any means a “win.”
This only strengthens the GOP’s position by reinforcing the idea that government shutdowns don’t matter to everyday citizens- while at the same time ensuring Americans remain comfortable enough that they continue not to fight back.
The government’s shut down. Great. Everyone still gets their benefits, the military keeps getting paid, ICE keeps being funded. To the Americans perpetuating this MAGA garbage, that sounds fine- and now you’ve ensured that the one thing that might wake them up isn’t going to happen.
Cowardice.
