Scottish loon sometimes in Caithness, usually in Edinburgh. Likes rugby, F1, reading, cooking, and irn bru
There’s the TCP sliding window to solve this. Just needs done, along with a whole host of other work. I’d donate, but are the original pair any better at sharing work yet?
ECC are by no means the only incompetent council, in fact most are: a lack of public engagement combined with cash starvation and Holyrood essentially rendering them little more than stewards of their limited realm, means that most if not all are incompetent in Scotland. I would almost wholly rip them up in an independent Scotland and empower community councils instead, and devolve Holyrood’s powers further.
I’m not sure why you wish to defend ECC so hard but the evidence is undeniable here. Yes, they manage plenty of other things despite their funding challenges, and mostly well. But they have clearly failed to manage this community owned asset and as such I label them incompetent.
Yes. It’s not re-opened. It’s been closed for ages. It got partly burnt down the other week. Yes, it is obvious that they are incompetent
Yet still no pictures
Why did the council let this run on so long? It has been quite obvious they have been incompetent for some time. It doesn’t take 18m to write a report. Why were they handed keys in the first place? Where’s the transparency?
There’s clubs to be found from Orkney to Galloway, with population centers in Dundee, Aberdeen, and Inverness that never see pro teams and are all 2-3hrs away. There was a lot of criticism no semi-pro teams were setup up north and one of the big reasons the super6 was yanked
I’ve never done axe throwing, were you any good?
So Scottish rugby does very bad at getting it’s pro teams about the place. But that’s because they’re home stadia are so well attended now. And even tier 3 can sell a shit ton of tickets for Murrayfield (see Portugal next month). But for the growth of the game it is fucking awful. So NZ have it correct, and I would love to see Edinburgh out in Hawick, and Glasgow in Stirling, especially for a Munster or Edinburgh match
That sounds reasonable then. But will changing the NPC to support a 6th/7th SR sife make financial sense? In order to do so I think it’s cost cap time so ARU can try to meet too
Gie em a shake. Forgot to shake this thread though :( And rarely too late if still on the tree. Still plenty o brambles fer gatherin tae
Nae bad min. Oot seein ma da in Den Haag the nicht. Rijksmuseum the day, wi Amsterdam drnkin tae boot
Back Sunday, ta muchly tae the wife, any ither plans tae share?
Population isn’t what decides, but attendance is. A new club will struggle hard, a more sensible idea is to demote the lowest attended to NPC
That’s on the press, not RB imo. And with a global calender, what is a proper goodbye? You drive in F1 you accept the circus. They are all well paid these days
He’s right. See if he gets another seat next season
F-Droid is the single biggest reason that Android is actually usable. And the only real reason Google aren’t getting sued for monopoly practices. If only ReplicantOS was more viable
The SG tried hard to get tax from WM control on this. They couldn’t and hence MUP was the next best, which they still had to have legally challenged.
What’s that sound? The sound on the wind of Alex Salmond saying “I told you so…”
First step is brewing! I’ve no room in my place for it currently. Or time!
Lol, sure, that happened
