Not liking her because she lies, deceits, uses filters, is genuinely a bad mother or wife - cool. I can get with that.

Making fun of her teeth, saying she is ugly, she “probably made so much money on that” - from an outsiders perspective, yeah, some of it sounds like jealousy; not in the “I wish I looked like her” way, but in a “I kind of wish I had what she has” way. Especially when you haven’t met her or actually interacted with her.

THAT BEING SAID. I have been reading tons of threads, posts, snarks (literally JUST discovered that word and what it means…) and while I see much of the disapproval of BP as legitimate (as I requested in my original post) perhaps the disdain has encompassed the persona AND the looks (that she manipulates and makes money off of).

So chill. There’s no ulterior motive here. I’m genuinely curious, and up until literally a couple months ago, I was an avid follower of the BP and now I’m learning who she truly is and I, too, feel manipulated, lied to and like an utter fool for believing in her and genuinely liking her.

But attacking me - someone who you have never met - doesn’t make you any better than her.

I’m seeing that!! I was being legit and honest. Like, irl when someone “doesn’t like someone” there’s a level of jealousy there. Mention it here and I got my head bit off! I read the “intro” from Lemmy and now I’m falling through a huge rabbit hole of people who legitimately hate her and my eyes are very open now. I appreciate this discussion and correspondence.

I agree. Have you ever seen the show How I Met Your Mother when everyone realizes something about the other person in the group and there’s a sound of a glass shattering? That’s how it’s felt for me lately. Just this… “wait a minute” moment. I am feeling validated though!

It’s been about the last 4-6 months I’ve not enjoyed her content as much. I don’t follow any other influencers at all, she was the only one. I just liked her, I guess. I messaged her about 4 months ago telling her I has a dream about her and that she, Shane and bailey were super tall, like 8 feet and she replied to me (I was pumped!) saying she actually is really tall and responded only about herself.
