1 year agoYeah I’m watching the Beckham docu with my girlfriend and she was like “why are they so mad at him” after he got sent off against Argentina and I was like “football fan culture is the most toxic out there”.
I’ve been attending games since I was 5 (in multiple different countries) and fans everywhere are toxic, racist, insulting, provoking, violent.
I love football but the toxicity has been getting worse and worse and its now all over social media as well. That’s my rant.
