I would go back to android if they had iMessage. That’s really what’s keeping me on iPhone.

I have a rule regarding what packages I allow myself to use. I must be able to re-write whatever functionality I’m using in the package. That way when it doesn’t work as expected, I either write my own, or debug their code.

One of my biggest issues with increasing housing is that many Americans store their wealth in their house. Home ownership is the retirement plan for many, or the generational wealth plan. So how can we build housing without devaluing existing housing?

The answer is to build more multi-family housing, which doesn’t really compete with single family housing for price. The former is mostly for rent, while the later is for owning.

Yes cycling is the absolute best endurance sport, and it’s fun. Swimming is also great but very few people can swim to work or swim to the bar or swim to the grocery store.
