No, this isn’t about Europe starving. The biggest effect it would have on Europe would be increased immigration pressures in other countries if those countries started starving.

A lot of those places are going to be in Europe.
The EU doesn’t import a lot of grain, from the figures I could find. They’re largely self-sufficient.
There’s going to be shortages for certain, but starvation? not in Europe
