And absolutely nothing will continue to happen because the only way to remove them from their office is impeachment and fat fucking chance of that ever happening.

It is genuinely time for Democrats to see the writing on the walls, expand the court, use the expanded court to institute ethics rules and term limits, and watch as the scum just up and retires from their seat because they clearly won’t be able to follow ethics rules. They will walk, I guarantee it. Now just getting enough Democrats to make it happen.

Pfft the democrats are in on it. Just look at Pelosi getting away with insider trading. They’re all in on it together, there aren’t republicans and democrats there’s the corrupt government taking our money.

Don’t forget Clinton and Trump both liked visiting Epstein’s island.

How is Alito even worse than Clarence Thomas? He must have been eating his fascist flakes that morning.

There’s a check… impeachment and removal. But with the current majority being the entire coordinated plan for the last few decades that’s never going to happen.

There once was a time when a large number of republican voters, after learning about watergate, called their representatives demanding that they impeach Nixon.

Now, the open corruption is ok as long as “my team is winning”

At what point do lawyers cite a SCOTUS decision as precident and their opposition is like “yeah but that’s an Alito decision” and they’re like “oh yeah, oops.”

So if I’m caught bribing a politician through their spouse, that’s cool because I can point back to this SCOTUS precedent right?

What does this matter, is there any information or proof that she would not have been able to lease the land even if he and FOUR OTHER JUSTICES didn’t write an opinion that, spoiler alert, only limited the EPAs ability to write things down and then treat them as law (in the same way the ATF or the FCC have created rules which create new crimes out of the scope of the powers afforded to them through legislation passed by congress)?
