Why does lemmy consider this post from a year and an half ago to be “hot”?
The algorithm seems pretty hit or miss for me, other than
newHot seems broken today
I think all week it has been broke, I keep seeing years old posts with no new activity in the “Hot” sort. This is “hot” and the newest comment is from several days ago.
Maybe new users are up/downvoting old posts?
I would assume we are too few people to get a good statistical evaluation of what is hot and what is not.
