A few days ago I made a post asking for feedback about allowing Reddit reposts here and the response has been overwhelmingly in favour of allowing it. So in response, I have updated the sidebar with some rules.

Updates to sidebar:

Added the rules for Lemmy.ca as this community is hosted on that instance. I figured these are good to reiterate for anyone visiting from another instance. These rules are non-negotiable.

Added Community Rules. The first one is a result of the previously mentioned feedback. I’d like to encourage original content (there’s lots of shitty food out there) but feel free to repost any content from Reddit. The second rule about using the [META] tag is just a personal preference in case this place gets popular.

That’s it. Now go forth and enjoy some shitty food porn.
