Does she think she will be able to come back to her job after this?

    I don’t think she can or should come back as a trustee after this… so what does a leave of absence achieve. Resignation is the only sensible route forward though I can understand her possibly feeling overwhelmed right now and needing a week to get her head around it before submitting her resignation.
