I understand this is a joke but I also want to point out that food allergies are different from food intolerances. My kid has food allergies and can’t eat certain foods or he could die, my spouse has lactose intolerance and sometimes eats a bunch of ice cream and has diarrhea. Lactose intolerance isn’t life threatening as long as you’re not expected to survive on milk alone. She’s also fructose intolerant and was just eating plain marshmallows. Then complains about her stomach. Humans are funny.

I know, it can be difficult to convince the older generations of their own good, but has he tried oat milk or soy milk or whatever’s available where you live? I much prefer it now…

My intolerance got so bad that the taste was not worth the excruciating pain and I had to stop. Enjoy it for all the folks that can’t. For we live vicariously through you!

Can I just say that when I think of library sales, I think of people stealth farting all over the place? “OH GOD. Who was that? Maybe I’ll be safe in Biographies… NOPE. Let’s try Adult Fiction… WTF people? Contain yourselves.”

I use lactase enzyme pills and they work very well for me. In Canada I pay about $15 for 40. However, I did buy some in Mexico and they were super cheap…I think it was 30 for $2.70CAD.
