‘An agreement has been reached that Mr Abbas will come here to Moscow,’ Russia’s RBC news said, citing Palestine’s ambassador to Russia Russian President Vladimir Putin last met Abbas a year ago on the sidelines of a regional conference in Kazakhstan

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is expected to visit Moscow, Russian news media quoted the Palestinian envoy to Moscow as saying late on Monday.

“We are awaiting an official statement from the Kremlin, from the Russian side, about when the visit will take place,” Russia’s RBC news outlet said, citing Palestine’s ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal.

“An agreement has been reached that Mr Abbas will come here to Moscow.”

Separately, Nofal told Russia’s state television that the two sides maintain “daily contacts.”

yeah totally understandable and reasonable decision to turn yourself to one of the worst countries in the world. Hey maybe go for a sandwich and some cookies to Iran after that and I heard that North Korea is also pretty lovely at this time of the year…

Well the US has made support of Palestine taboo for most western nations, leaving just the enemies of the US as contenders for support.

But not because they don’t want support Palestine, it’s because they know that this money goes to the Hamas to fuel their war instead of humanitarian aid to the people in need in Palestine

And the US sells the weapons that knock residential towers in Palestinian territory, let’s not act like it is anything more than taking sides. The US props up apartheid Israel, subsidises their military and makes it known that Palestinian support is not appreciated. Palestine is poverty stricken due to the policies of the US and Israel and aid is questioned because it could find terrorism? Israeli soldiers murder Palestinian children.

This is what happens when you allow a country oppress some of its citizens for decades.

Eventually, the oppressed get desperate and ask for help from the worse people to survive.

or they are were also the baddies all the time. I mean do you all forget that this started after everyone declared war on Israel right after they established their state? There are no saints in this conflict and everybody, including Israel, has done horrible things but they were also besieged from day one.
