The CIAs, 6510, and VIC are original. In this photo I have original BASIC, Kernel, and Character ROMs in stalled for testing but I normally use 25256 to 23xx adapters to use modern ROM chips with this motherboard. I bought the parts kit from Retro8BITshop and soldered it myself.

    Beautiful! I’ve been meaning to try out the Armsid myself but haven’t got around to it yet. Are you happy with yours?

      Thank you. Yes, I’m happy with the ARMSID. I see that there are now modern replacements for all of the chips including the CIAs, 6510, and VIC II. I may replace some or all of my original MOS chips and put stereo on this board at some point.
