    It’s what I’d prefer as someone who is remote. That’s just me, not saying that’s ideal for everyone.

      Yeah, I did an internship during the pandemic. Remote work is nice, but it’s kind of weird when you’ve never met the person you’re working with in real life. I feel like a mix allowing some actual face time would benefit the productivity of the remote part of the job.
