    You don’t even have to log in to a Microsoft account at all. To get a “clean” windows install; choose English (world) as your region (this crashes OOBE after the install and skips a lot of bloat), when asked to log in, choose work or school account, and then to join the computer to a domain instead (you won’t though). Then you can create a local account. The windows license should have been bound to your motherboard if you installed windows on it before and will activate after a little while.
