I submitted my application a couple days ago and still can’t login. I know there’s a “limbo” for denied applications. Perhaps I’m stuck there?

I have this account in lemmy.one instance but Beehaw is definitely more the vibe I want for my home instance and I’d really love to be part of the community. Is there anyway I can find out more information about what’s going on with my application?

I’ve tried logging in and all I get is the spinny of doom on the login button after entering my credentials. I’ve also kept an eye on my email and spam folders as well.

Might just have to be patient and wait a couple more days I guess.

Ah! In that case you should try to reset your password. Whenever I get the spinner of doom on login, resetting my password seems to resolve it.

      On the login page:

      1. Enter your email that you used during signup
      2. Click Forgot Password
      3. Check your email and click the reset password link
      4. Try to login again after resetting

Make sure your password does not contain any “dashes,” and is not too long. Those are both known issues breaking login.

@[email protected]: sorry to ping you directly, but perhaps you can help out here as well like you did for me? 😀

Are you on Firefox mobile by any chance? Folks have also said that has been a cause of the login not working.

You can try in a different browser too.

Oh, well that’s too bad. I’m sorry none of these worked. I hope you are able to get it resolved soon.

At least for now you have a user on lemmy.one to log in with!
