I have never tried to peel a scar but I have to imagine it’s very painful and generally not recommended by doctors.

As someone who will peel a scab every time, can confirm, do not recommend

To be fair, I’m fairly certain that peeling scabs is also not recommended by doctors.

The platelets did an ugly job, peel it off to reroll the scab until it looks good.

The secret is thin layers. Keep sanding it down and reapplying clear coat.

Platelets have never been the best at finish work.

Or perhaps cover it with a dressing appropriate to the size of the injury

    Me: Just existing

Skin & blood: Form a scab anyway, even though there’s no reason to

    Me: Bruh.

    Psoriasis sucks.

Especially inverse psoriasis. When I carpool I have to tell my coworkers, “yes I shower, no I can’t do anything about the smell.” Fortunately it doesn’t smell bad so much as weird.

I just can’t resist, even better when it tears the skin around it and gives you a bigger scab to play with.

Unfortunately they can become ugly af scars if you keep it up.
