If he does real investigation into such appointments I think he’ll be able to make quick progress, because Adams isn’t known for being good at covering his tracks. But if he claims his hands are tied & doesn’t show a real attempt to deliver on promises, then it will appear that he’s just another politician that doesn’t mean what they say.
