    I’m away to Amsterdam for a few days! First time I’ve been able to go abroad in quite a while and I’m really looking forward to it. The weather is due to be pish, but we’re all well-trained for that

    Wife is away tonight, so daein kids stuff. Summin fer St Andrew’s day Sunday ah’m sure. A kids ceilidh or the like. Weather’s nae grand the moro, mibbe see the mither in law. An endless chores ah’m sure

    About a year of stress released yesterday as I managered the shit out of my teams.

    Finally got to anointed changes i wanted to make back when I was still technical. Very well received too. Changes kick in on Jan 1. Hoping it makes a massive difference to morale.

          Eventually hopefully those guys were unaffected. I have 2 support teams of 5. 1 here and one forgin one. The remote one is on a 24 7 shift rotation designed for 15 people. This pent they spent around 80% of their work week unsupported. Its been an issue for years. And that’s been bined as of jan 1.

    Busy weekend for me! Been out tonight at a local music gig, tomorrow at a 50th and Sunday going to the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow! Could do with a Monday off!!
