Hi everybody,

I’ve recently been trying to target some areas of my body that are very skinny.

I noticed the area around my wrists specifically look disproportionate and nothing I do can make this area bigger.

Sam Sulek said that for the back area of the forearms, you can do the seated reverse dumbbell wrist curls (which is ok for the far back of forearms). For hand grip strength, I can use a grip strength trainer.

However, in between my hand and my forearm (the wrist is the in between area) I can’t figure out what to do to grow that area.

The exercises I do only target the farside of my forearms. I can’t grow my wrist area or wrist adjacent area.

Any tips?

      thank you , i will take that into consideration. I suppose ill work on forearms in general, in hopes that the general area around there might grow roughly
