In situations like that I usually put the lid on upside down.
Saran wrap aluminum foil, change the containers anything. But this is probably for a silly photo op.

The pot was placed by the level designers clipping through the shelf. It’s fine until anything touches it or interacts with it, and then it starts playing the collision sound on a loop while it violently shakes around in place and then suddenly gets shunted out of the fridge and lands on the floor with a loud thud.
The enemies one room away that you were sneaking past somehow don’t hear this.
