This is where I’m at after two days of progress on this incredible track. I had a truly flawless playthrough on my second try this evening but failed to hit record in Reaper so this take comes about ~20 takes after that absolutely heartbreaking mistake.

This is honestly the only AB track I can get through at the moment since all their songs are typically incredibly fast and difficult. My picking hand is just not able to keep up with that stuff yet.

The tone I’m using is a custom patch in my AxeFX II using the FAS Modern III model - a tweaked version of the classic 5150 - and a DiMarzio Blaze in the bridge position.
