Ugh, what muscles do I use to get this stuff down my throat again?

Half the time I almost feel that way in the morning when I wake up and try to swallow my first drink of water or whatever. I’m sure it’s not that I ‘forgot’ how to swallow though, it’s more like my throat is just super dry and kinda stuck together.
I have no idea, but sometimes I wonder if it has anything to do with whatever I ate the night before, but either way that shit hurts!
