Is this like the American ambassador to the USA whining that Canadians aren’t passionate about the US/Canada relationship after the US side of said relationship threatened Canada’s economy and very existence?

Or is it more like how the US is about to start whining that no foreign company wants to set up factories in the USA after the Hyundai(?) fiasco with the hundreds of arrested Koreans?

Or is it more like how American state governments are mystified as to why their international tourism rates have cratered?
