    Solution: open clinic that operates for profit

    Result: there are still X doctors in the state. There is still a recognized shortage of doctors. But now it costs more.

      It’s even worse – they do less surgery at a more relaxed pace, so capacity is actually decreasing. It attracts lots of staff because of flexible hours and good pay. The result is poor people get fucked.
