Not much we can do. A large percentage of our social order has broken down and gone downright crazy. We have literal fascists that are being cheered for, and racists raising millions for slinging slurs at toddlers. I don’t see the way out with so many objectively abhorrent people and their numbers growing what seems daily due to social media’s algorithmic mental rot.

My goal is freedom, but that doesn’t change the facts that the bevy of options we had to change the course on this narrowed significantly with the advent of llms, narrowed further this last November, and narrow further more by the day.
As for what I intend to do. I intend on dying before I see the country ceded to fascist authoritarianism, protesting long before that, and currently dedicating a good portion of my time and writing to senators I otherwise do not wish to speak with.
When it’s time for this regime to fall, your best possible contribution would be to keep your mouth shut, and stay the fuck out of the way.
