Porkbun to get a domain, and Protonmail or a similarly e2e encrypted mail host.
Sounds like OVH would fit the bill for you. Check out their “Hosted Exchange” package.
are you looking for a domain registrar or an email provider?
for the email, i recommend mailbox.org or Tuta (both in Germany). maybe not Proton — i was going to use a custom domain with them myself, but discovered it’s way too pricey.
