Key excerpts:

The family had been staying with a relative in Los Angeles for the previous seven months after crossing the border legally for a court appointment through the now-defunct CBP One App to seek asylum in October of last year. They had been granted parole status in the U.S. while they waited for their day in immigration court.

"They were crying in fear. One of the agents at one point lifted up his shirt, which displayed the gun that he was carrying," Mukherjee said. “The 6-year-old boy was terrified to see the gun. He urinated on himself and wet all his clothing. No one offered him a change of clothing for many hours.”

The 6-year-old boy has been diagnosed with leukemia and has missed a medical appointment to be treated for worsening symptoms

The Texas Civil Rights Project says the family has been placed in expedited removal, which allows for rapid deportation without a court hearing. The family’s attorneys fear they could be deported before their lawsuit is heard.

"They were crying in fear. One of the agents at one point lifted up his shirt, which displayed the gun that he was carrying,"

Now who here thinks this sentence sounds like law enforcement in action in real life and not an excerpt from a badly written gangbanger movie?

The kid having leukemia makes this very much a cruel an unusual decision. Can’t say “punishment” since they’d argue it’s not a punishment, just bureaucracy. But them not being able to known where they’re gonna even have to go looking for healthcare is just horrific.

I do not care the reason, if you have scared a 6 year old so bad he’s pissed himself, then you are indeed the “baddie”…

No child should suffer this kind of trauma at the hand of an adult. And if they do, than that adult responsible needs the ever lovin’ shit beat out of them. Period. End of sentence.

the fact that ICE is targeting anyone at immigration court tells us all exactly how hateful they and this admin is. these are people who are literally going through the legal system of immigration. they are not the same criminals that are publicly being talked about by the administration.

ice is specifically targeting good people because it’s easy to get the list. using courts, using IRS fillings, profiling on the streets.

they are lazy. ice is purposefully not doing the work of finding and stopping real criminals. they are doing everything they can to avoid criminals. they are cowards, lazy cowards who only pretend to love this country but really they love the feeling they get when their boot is on someone’s neck.

We all knew that was a lie for most of them. They just didn’t have the power or public support. It’s not that they have more support now, but the support is way more public.

The have the power of all three branches of government, they don’t need the public anymore.

And anyway, the public will forget before the next election anyway, they will just make eggs more expensive or butter, or something.

how long are these fucking nazis going to be allowed to run rampant? because if it wasn’t clear before, then it 100% is now, that it was NEVER about “rapists and murderers” or even “illegals”

As long as they don’t face any consequences they have no reason to stop.

No, suing ICE is not consequences for the Nazi’s rounding up “undesirables” because they aren’t the ones paying for it. ICE doesn’t care either, they’re already over budget anyway, more tax payer money will come from somewhere.

For as long as there is a nazi regime. And it is only going to get worse as soon as they have normalised this current level, which seems to be well under way.

i know we’re walking the edge of the rules here, but i’m hopeful that when one specific one of them finally fucking croaks (whatever the cause), things might start to turn around, seeing as how all of the rest of them who worship this person hate each others’ guts and the flock will disperse

that day, when it comes, will be my own new personal holiday

I do not advocate violence In any way shape or form. What I do say is that Thiel and his ilk are the main threat and that rump is just project 25’s little puppet. Thiel and his gang are the real threat and need to be put into the spotlight as soon as possible to get project 2025 dismantled quickly.

I plan to call out Thiel every time I see a post regarding his little orange puppet.

Is this clear enough for you post deleter ? Am I no longer hurting your assumptions of people’s intentions?

Here is a definition of the words removed and dismantled. Please note that nowhere in the description is there mention violence of either of these.

Definition: of removed: “distant in degree of relationship”

Definition of dismantled: “to disconnect the pieces of”

I really, really dislike when someone makes assumptions about whether or not I am a violent person. Shame on you whoever removed my post and I plan to escalate this before this platform becomes worse than Reddit.

Again I do not advocate violence but I do think Thiel and game should be stopped ASAP.

            “Reason: advocating violence”

I see no advocation for violence, just the truth about people who need to be removed from power.

And I absolutely LOVE the implied “you can complain about all violence toward you but don’t you DARE even suggest doing the same thing that’s being done to you”

Yes masters, we should all die quietly.

Huh, my post was removed? At what point did I advocate violence? Removed means just that, not killed not hurt. Removed does not in itself mean violence. What is this Reddit on steroids?

Yeah OP said “removed,” which could mean “removed from power,” not “removed from the gene pool.” Not sure why that deserves to be removed.

As a white person, it is taking a surprisingly large amount of energy to not go dig out our 9mm in my FIL’s gun safe and shoot these cowardly assholes on sight.

These are real people that are being directly affected by the heinous acts of ICE; and I fear they won’t stop unless they have something to fear themselves.

Perhaps DOGE should be installed at ICE and lay off all these pieces of shit instead of making it harder for people to get the benefits they already paid for.

There seems to be a ton of fraud waste and abuse going on at ICE.

I would love to hear from the children of these monsters. I would despise my dad if he was an ice agent. I would say im surprised at how easy these people give up their humanity when given the order to, but I know enough about history to remember that fascism shows us what these guys are capable of when they’re off the leash.
