      This is the problem I’ve always had with precedent. It’s not law. It’s just “well these other judges did it this way so I guess I will too.”

    Who CARES? The ONLY part of the Constitution that the Founders MEANT was the One that LETS US MURDER CHILDREN IN SCHOOL! EVERY other Amendment they COULDNT know what the Future held and would OBVIOUSLY Eliminate any Rights they Accidentally gave us! EXCEPT the Right to Shoot up Schools!

        Some leaders lead from the rear. I’m not saying that’s what’s happening here, but I admit I often worry about it whenever someone says “time to revolt” or similar.

      SCOTUS is currently a corrupt, illegitimate institution. There is no “swaying” them from their anti-democratic, anti-Constitutional agenda.
