With each pack release, wonderpicks becomes harder to get the cards you actually want to have pop up as the pool becomes larger but the number of picks remain the same.
Almost everyday now I get wonderpicks with 99-100% cards that I am not looking for.
I wonder if they have a plan to address this eventually. Soon it will be rare for the pack you are looking for to even appear let alone the card that you want.
They’re still useful just in a different way than maybe people want to use them. If you use them after set releases to snipe the cards you want/need/care about while they flood the area you can get back to opening whatever packs have the cards you’re chasing faster. There’s still a chance for older cards to show up there which I actually see more than I expected, just not the rare ones lol. I do agree it could use a rework of some kind though.
I wonder how much of this they’ve already thought of and are planning to address. They announced a long way ahead of time that they’d be changing us to shinedust for trades eventually, maybe there’s a wider refresh coming when that drops?
