        Pretty sure that isn’t a requirement to be charged simply dressing as and claiming to be is enough.

          What rock do you live under? Ice has been detaining in plain clothes + mask, there is no uniform to impersonate.

          You also dont need to claim annything illegal just being there causes confusion.

          Why are you here? “Just doing our job” “Which is?” “We are here for person x, they are coming with us”

          If ice identifies themselves: “laugh hardly and Ask for proof of identification” which they seem hesitant to show for some reason.

          They are not going to attack if they feel outnumbered and believe you are carrying. It may not win every encounter but it legaly sabotages the inhumane efficiency of their operation.
