In official canon? Not that I’m aware of.

I’m sure there is a book with him in it somewhere though. There’s hundred of trek books and somebody had to have wanted to make a Mirror Riker story. We did have this gem below though so I’m sure there is a mirror Thomas Riker out there somewhere.
