Just canceled my subscription after many years of price increases, USA. Took over an hour online and over phone then had to wait a week for an email where they finally capitulated. Absolute harassment.

How on Earth is this irrational? Why would they charge less than the maximum the market will bear? The paper is literally the Economist.
