Putting Trump in that uniform, out of all of the Star Trek universe, really doesn’t work.
He should be in a Terran Empire uniform. Or even better, not in the trek universe at all.

Trump thinks he is the saviour of america, and that he is the friend of the constitution.The constitution doesn’t think this.
Pretty sure a number of his executive orders will be (or have been?) ruled unconstitutional and overturned - which is makes it easier to counter future bullshit, but anyone currently sprayed by the fan of the us government slinging shit will still have had their lives ruined.Only if the question was, “Is the President supposed to uphold the Constitution?”
