The 2024 election saw Trump win 63 percent of rural voters, up from 60 percent in 2020, according to AP VoteCast.

According to the poll, just 46 percent of rural voters now approve of Trump’s job performance, while 45 percent disapprove. In February, 59 percent approved and 37 percent disapproved.

That’s a pretty significant drop in a little more than a month.

Glad to see some red folks are finally starting to open their eyes.

Until it’s election time and they still vote Republican because they are more scared of a Democrat in the Whitehouse than a dictator.

…this is why fascists oppress minorities and start wars: as long as they have outsiders to blame for their incompetence, their faithful will rally all the harder…

Gotta admit, I came in here expecting the “total collapse” to be an overhyped 5-10% or something, glad to see it’s actually something significant lol

Yup - same here. Thought it was going to be something like “went from 60% to 56%”
