I do like the idea this comic had, but god was it hamfisted. The teacher seemed to have not even read the new lesson plan, and the comic retcons Mai’s friendship with Azula to have been entirely one-sided. (Also, Mai being a teacher is a fun idea, but she didn’t end up teaching any version of history and just showed the kids how to work with beetles.)
