    Does anybody know how bike rentals on the confederation trail works? Say you want to do tip to tip. How does one actually get to the starting point with a bike?

      I don’t think there are any bike rentals on either end of the trail. There are some in Charlottetown (which would be a midway point for the trail), probably one up in Cavendish.

      Tip to tip I think the trail is around 275 km long - not something the average person would do in a day. I assume people do it though. Maybe call one of the bike rental shops and see if they do a drop off on one end and pick up on the other.

        Thanks for the response! Not really looking to do the whole trail, especially not on one day. Ideally I’d like to pick up a bike at one end, bike for two, three days, then return the bike where I’m at. Not realistic for anyone to cater to that.

        I guess the thing is geared towards these paid tours with luggage transport etc. But I’ll talk to some of the rental places, thank you :)
