I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this were the case. The government agrees he shouldn’t have been deported but they also refuse to attempt to get him back. Why? Maybe it’s because they literally can’t. If news spread that the government grabbed an innocent man off the street and sent him to die in a prison camp there might actually be riots.

If the American People could just understand the significance of this, and how ultimately there is NOTHING stopping the same thing from happening to them, I feel like it could be a turning point.

Yeah, unfortunately the people that need to understand that are sitting covering thier ears going “la la la” choosing to kap up whatever Trump/Musk says. They’ve convinced themselves of a truth and will vehemently defend that anything contrary to thier beliefs is a lie.

“They wont do that to me” “Yes they will” “Trump said your lying” ‘protests’ “Musk said those are paid actors, your just sheep believing the liberals”

“That isn’t a legitimate source for news or facts” “They don’t know what they are talking about”

yes, protest. absolutely. To not protest, resist, is to lose without even trying. There will not be peace by complying, they will find new ways to oppress. Do not give an inch, they’ll take a foot.

As an American, it seems to me like non white and marginalized Americans either already know or are waking up. Idk about the far right, white, though. It’s hard for them to see what’s going on when their head is up, their own asses.

to quell a bit of panic here, while yes, this ruling is stupid and blatantly enabling, the judges were unanimous that the renditioned people must get due process. The stupid ass ruling is that the venue is wrong.
