    I like the idea of H2 vehicles however when someone explained the economics of how you need to generate the renewable energy to convert to H2 before you can drive the vehicle, the penny dropped. We are struggling to generate enough electricity to retire coal and methane power plants with nothing left to use for unnecessary hydrogen production (it’s effectively doubles the energy needed). It’s better to get on with electrify everything rather go down the hydrogen rabbit hole. We don’t have the time to waste.
