@Sunshine pretty intresting, but what makes countries like france less democratic than spain, germany, the netherlands, … ? France uses the flawed second round electoral system compared to the countries you listed that use proportional representation.

Germany uses #FTTP for the Bundstag for half of the seats, right? The other half is via #ProportionalReptesentation
