    Junta is a bit late announce a cease fire. NUG and 3 brothers alliance have announced cease fires soon after the earth quake.

    Hasn’t the Junta also been making it really damn difficult for aid organizations to actually get in and help?

      Yeah Aussie docs were saying Junta was preventing aid being sent to rebel-controlled areas. And local media have reported that no help has been sent to Sagaing, the epicenter of the quake and an area that’s largely controlled by the PDF and NUG, or is in a constant state of fight for control.
