This should be the headline, since this appears to be flat out arson, not an act of protest.
Is that not the same as endorsing the actions? Saying you don’t care enough to investigate?

As the Office of the Fire Marshal they would determine the cause and origin
Which they would come back telling the public whether it was intentional or not and if it was a gas, electrical, chemical, etc fire
