Honestly I’m 100% for the death penalty. But you have to be very very sure. Some people have lost the right to live with the crime they have done. Catch a person SA a child for example. Right to the firing squad. Catch someone killing innocent people, right to the firing squad.
Catch a person with dubious evidence to a crime, maybe not right to the firing squad. Which is the part a lot of systems fuck up.
No legal system can ever be 100% correct 100% of the time. So the literal ONLY way to spare people a wrongful execution is to abolish the death penalty entirely. Its simple.

Not the literally innocent and the law should prioritize protecting them over killing the guilty. Otherwise it’s just a process for actual murder which puts it’s advocates in the same place as those it tries to punish

We should not subject any person into shooting someone.
