      Atlanticism is a euphemism for European colonial servitude to US wars. Europe waiting 4 years, if US has a primary, is unlikely to have a nominated opposition candidate that wins based on restoring war on Russia.

      If you mean Europe can wage war on Russia alone, there may be enough infighting to stop a repeat of that historical failure.

      Maybe you mean, Europe can keep its CIA allegiances somehow without US President support. With President extorting them on tariffs?

        I was using the term more generally, the ideology which advocates a close alliance between nations in Northern America (the United States and Canada) and in Europe on political, economic, and defense issues.
