Im so happy with it! Even if I had do drive 1.300km for the JBL Speaker. The price was too good to let the pass by.
The turntable is an PLX500. Not the best one, but I dont listen to vinyl a lot. So it gets the Job done.
The only thing that buffles me, but not a huge deal, is when I listen via Tidal connect, the ammeter is mostly completely maxed out, even if the activity is low. But thats bearable.

Did you mean ‘proper’? In English they’re not the same thing – like ‘spiter’ vs ‘spitter’ are not the same thing.
ohh yes. Thank you!
Great choice of equipment. I bet it sounds fantastic.
Oh it does! Huge upgrade from my Teufel Ultima 40 speakers. Luckily my living room has a quiet good acoustics so I didn’t had to improve a lot. I invited my Dad over for a listening session and he was blown away. He immediately wanted me to bring the Speakers and Amp to his house to test if his speakers (DIY Build) are actually this bad, or if its just the acoustic of the Room. But I won’t be lugging the speakers around again. Sorry :D
Sweet!! Bet it sounds awesome! Hope it brings you hours of joy
Its fantastic! I plan to keep the speakers for a few decades.
I always wanted this speaker! Sadly, I can’t buy much, but when we had to work from home for covid I had to get a setup for my office workspace (to survive the day!). I almost got these back then to plug into my older Onkyo unit that was replaced with a newer one and was just sitting in a box. I ended up going with Pioneer SP-BS22-LR Andrew Jones due to the price and love they got on Reddit, and I am still super happy with the setup. I also went with a Dayton Audio sub-1200 and let’s just say my work days are great when I don’t have meetings or calls!
I’m a big fan of JBL. It’s not the ultimate but the quality vs price is right where I want it to be.
Nice setup, enjoy!
Lovely! I need to get a slip mat like that :)))
