Dang this intro went hard on me as a kid. (looking at the thumbnail) That first part where you see Henry, Takato, and Rika (with Jerri and ikr his name + his little sister on the on the left) with that huge crowd of kids really made it feel like anyone could be a tamer.

Watching it, the reoccurring motif of the three kids and the shadows of the three digimon on the buildings was chefs kiss. Great intro.

The one part that always took me out of it was Calumon’s looping animation at the end. It looks like they ran out of time/budget right at the end and didn’t know what to do with Calumon after the transition (or they made that last shot with the kids walking towards camera longer than it was initially)
