that’s all fine and dandy. but there’s an important question I’ve only seen one person bring up.
who’s going to enforce the order? because this sounds very much like andrew jackson saying after worcester v georgia chief justice john marshall “has his ruling. let him enforce it”, and we get the trail if tears.

Roughly 293 million people when it comes right down to it. (US population minus the 22% that voted for Orange Diaper Burger. Not factoring in the dolts that thought abstaining their D vote would somehow help Gaza, as that’s harder to quantify and they’re already quickly realizing the error of their ways.)
Now is not the time for defeatism.
Not a lawyer, but court orders are ultimately enforced by the DOJ. So yeah…
