minus-squareFiveMacslinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·2 days agoAgreed that it’s not a good thing. I’m down 10lbs in 3 weeks by just NOT eating carbs and/or sugars. Flipping to keto has essentially made me shed inches (38/40 down to 36) and lose weight by not increasing my workout routine in any way.
